Who we share your data with
We do not sell your information for money. We share it only in the following situations:
Business transfers. If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Under certain state privacy laws, this kind of data sharing can be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, even when no money changes hands. See Section 7 for your choices.
Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ZVS, our customers, or others.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
