Mike McGuire

Mike McGuire joined Finn Zink Associates in 1988 as a Territory Manager in Indianapolis. After 9 years in Indianapolis and another 5 years in the Cincinnati office, he moved to Zink Foodservice’s headquarters in Columbus, Ohio in 2004. In 2001, Jim Zink and Mike purchased Zink Foodservice from founder Skip Zink.

Mike and Jim are responsible for Zink Foodservice as well as the 65 employees located throughout their 7 ½ state territory. This includes providing leadership in strategic planning, organization and business development, planning and forecasting, competitive analysis, customer satisfaction and maintaining manufacturer relationships.

With more than 27 years of experience in the food service industry, Mike is qualified to provide the product application and technical detail needed in today’s ever changing commercial kitchens. His knowledge of equipment use and care has been instrumental in placing Mike on many manufacturer liaison committees.

Mike is a Certified Professional Manufacturers Rep (CPMR) and has the CSFP level 3 certification. He has been a member of the MAFSI National Board of Directors since 2008 and on the MAFSI National Executive Committee since 2011. Mike served as MAFSI President in 2013.

Mike resides in Columbus, Ohio with his wife, Tracey, and three daughters.

Donnie Turley

With almost 30 years of experience in the Fire Protection industry, Donnie began his journey in 1993 and dedicated over 17 years to being a self-employed entrepreneur. In 2005, he expanded into installing commercial kitchen hoods and has been a prominent hood installer in the Kentucky/Tennessee region for the last 18 years. Specializing in full-service installations, Donnie is committed to excellent customer service and being the best at what he does.

Beyond his professional life, Donnie has been happily married for over 31 years to his wife Jenny and they have three grown children and three grandsons. Additionally, when his sister-in-law passed away in 2016 they took in his two nieces and nephew to raise as their own.

Outside of work he plays golf, volleyball, and tennis.

Brad Wallace

Brad began his career working as a designer of industrial pollution control equipment. He began his foodservice career in 2003 while working as a design engineer for Caddy Corporation. During his 18 years with Caddy Corporation, he also served as engineering manager, regional sales manager, and general manager. Prior to joining Z-Vent he spent two years in the residential and light commercial HVAC industry. Brad currently resides in Northfield, NJ with his wife Christine and stepdaughter Naya.

Alfonso Martinez received his Business Management degree from Penn State in 2013. His 12 years of foodservice experience includes 6 years specializing in the Kitchen Ventilation sales and design. He has extensive experience working with mechanical contractors, foodservice dealers, consultants, chain accounts as well as owner operators designing ventilation systems. He has developed a reputation for excellent customer service, integrity and outstanding attention to detail. He and his 8 year old daughter Lyla reside in the Pittsburgh, PA area. They enjoy biking, hiking, and cooking delicious meals together.

Started in the Food Service Industry in 2008, spending 10 years as a Project Coordinator with the Welbilt RISE Install Team. Monitoring over 1500+ ongoing installation projects for multiple equipment brands. Then spent a little more than 4 years supporting the Beverage Sales Teams as Sales Operations Admin. Managing Order Entry, Inventory, Quotations/Pricing, and implementing SOPs for Inside Sales and Installs. Starting the new 2023 year with Z-vent on January 3rd as a Project Coordinator.

Nikki began her career as a Certified Surgical Technologist in 2013. She transferred to surgery scheduling in 2019 where she coordinated the needs of the surgery teams, physicians, implants, and equipment needed to operate efficiently.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband Matthew and son Carter. They enjoy hiking through mammoth cave and park and playing tennis.

Jeremy has been in the Fire Protection industry for 23 years specializing in the inspection, maintenance, and installation of kitchen suppression systems. He has been a project manager here at Z-vent for 3 years for kitchen hood and exhaust system installs. He held the position of Fire Suppression Manager at ABCO Fire Protection in the Southern Ohio and Central Kentucky, and the Regional Implementation Manager at WoolGuard Hood Filters.

Jeremy resides in Maysville, Kentucky with wife Sarah and four kids Jera, Kaylee, Kacey and Zach. He volunteers as a softball and football coach for all of his kids throughout the year.
